Why we started
Independent auto repair shops are the backbone of their neighborhoods — but owners and managers wear many hats. When you're elbow-deep in a repair or helping another customer, the phone often rings out.
RingRelay exists to help with that one specific problem: making sure a missed call doesn't become a lost chance to help a customer. We set up a missed-call follow-up system, explain how it works, and help you keep the conversations going.
